ENSURING YOUR RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED

Even if you ensure proper awareness and compliance to Child Care policies and procedures, there is unfortunately always a risk of a violation. In order to provide the best possible defense for our clients, we conduct an extensive investigation of the incident/complaint that resulted in a CLASS I, or II violation.  To accomplish this we typically conduct the following activities:

• Gather extensive information,
• Speak with witnesses,
• Conduct a facility review,
• Perform onsite visits, and
• Prepare for trial.

The goal is to ensure we are properly informed about the details of an incident and prior violations, as well as any known factors which have led to a violation action.
