Our ultimate goal is to work with you to proactively ensure that you are aware and understand the State and Federal requirements and policies that impact your business. Through assessments and awareness training we can dramatically reduce the potential risks of a Class I or II violation action which could have long-lasting effects on your business and you as the owner/operator of a Child Care Center.

Our clients increasingly retain us to help secure ongoing regulatory compliance. To accomplish this we:

• Evaluate compliance of all policies, procedures and required forms with State & Federal requirements. (i.e., Florida Child Care Standards classification Summary),
• Conduct an onsite review of all above noted policies procedures and formulate a gap report requiring follow up, and
• Develop a communication plan for the business to proactively communicate various classification policies, procedures and risk to its staff.
